We stand behind the statement: these are the best turkeys you will ever taste from a fish market!  Seriously though, these turkeys are brined in our special “Cajun Bath” and then slow smoked resulting in an extremely moist and tasty turkey.  And, they are easy to prepare as they are fully cooked and come in a turkey bag with easy reheating instructions.

For reference, the turkeys start out as a 12-14 lb. size when raw and end up 8+ pounds after smoking.  Turkey stock included with every purchase.
