Description

We are continuing the tradition of offering our delicious Smoked Prime Ribs this Holiday Season.  We coat the exterior of these whole boneless rib roasts with our signature Canadian Grill seasoning and slow smoke to the cusp of mid-rare.  Choose from 4 to 14 pound sizes.  All orders include Aus Jus and Creamy Horseradish Sauce along with reheating instructions.

*Pricing is based on ease of splitting the prime rib*
